CBASCO's production line is capable of producing five distinct quality levels, each optimized for a specific application:
Seven specialized galvanized steel families based on EN10346:2015 and PSA Peugeot Citroën B53 3130 standards
Low-carbon steels with excellent formability for bending, profiling and moderate drawing applications.
Ultra-low carbon steels with deep drawing capability and exceptional formability for complex press applications.
HSLA is used to reinforce structures requiring high strength, with good formability and improved weldability. Primary application in the automotive industry and its suppliers.
Continuous hot-dip galvanized strip and sheet for structural and construction applications with guaranteed strength.
This steel is widely used for automotive body panels requiring dent resistance and high formability.
Suitable for pressing, welding, bonding and painting processes. Compliant with PSA standard.
DP steel forms easily, has a low yield-to-tensile ratio and its total elongation is close to TRIP steels.
