Standard packaging with VCI waterproof protective wrap along with edge and ring protectors, to prevent corrosion during normal handling and storage.
Full coverage with galvanized sheet and metal frame for maximum protection against impact and moisture — suitable for distant destinations and long-term storage.
Export packaging on ISPM-15 standard wooden pallet with a Saddle structure preventing coil rolling. Suitable for ship and container loading.
Premium export packaging with strip plastic shock absorbers around the entire coil circumference — maximum impact and abrasion protection for long international shipments.
Use of dual-layer VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) wrapping that releases corrosion-inhibiting vapor and protects the steel surface from moisture and oxidation for months.
A combination of metallic (galvanized and metallized), paper, corrugated plastic and plastic materials, each playing a specific role in coil protection within an engineered design.
Steel straps, metal clamps and plastic shock absorbers keep the coil secure during transport and protect it against shock, abrasion and loading pressure.
Export wooden pallets compliant with the international phytosanitary standard ISPM-15 for entry into all global markets, particularly Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia.
The size and structure of the export packaging is designed to maximize the use of standard 20 and 40-foot container space.
