Varagh Khodro Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari (CBASCO) one of the subsidiaries of Mobarakeh Steel Group and one of the most advanced coated sheet production lines in the country.
The company, relying on up-to-date technology and international technical knowledge, plays a strategic role in supplying raw materials for the Automotive and Home Appliances and currently, the major share of these industries' galvanized sheet requirements is supplied through CBASCO products.
The first steps were taken in the early 2000s with an international tender; where a consortium consisting of IRITEC Iran and CMI Belgium won the project. The contract was signed on 13 April 2005 and the plant was inaugurated in November 2010 in the presence of the incumbent President. In 2014, joining Mobarakeh Steel Group brought a major leap in production capacity.
